9805 SUNNYCOAST LANE LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates sunnycoastprep.online and provides prep center and fulfillment services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to this Policy.

Account information: name, email address, company name, phone number, and country provided at registration.

Agreement & authorization records: your electronic signature, the IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamp recorded when you accept our Terms and authorize payments.

Operational information: SKUs, inventory counts, shipment and order details, and instructions you provide to fulfill your goods.

Transaction information: account balance, top-ups, invoices, and payment records. Card data is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor; we receive only limited details such as a payment reference and status.

Support information: messages you submit through the contact form or the support ticket system, and technical log data such as IP address and device/browser information, collected for security and fraud prevention.

To create and manage your account and provide fulfillment services; to process payments and maintain accurate billing and balance records; to record and evidence your acceptance of agreements and payment authorizations; to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions; to provide customer support; and to comply with legal obligations.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. When you pay, you are directed to the processor's secure hosted interface to enter card details. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. We retain payment references, amounts, statuses, and the authorization evidence described in Section 2.

We share information with: payment processors and financial institutions to process transactions and respond to disputes; carriers and marketplaces as necessary to receive, prep and ship your goods; and authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account, agreement, authorization, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Some records (such as transaction and agreement-acceptance evidence) must be retained to meet legal and financial obligations. Requests can be made to info@sunnycoastprep.online.

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
